With respect to items sold by izcax & covarch ltd, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your ATM/credit card until after your order has been confirmed. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by IzCAX & CoVARCH Nigeria

Shipping Method

 IzCAX & CoVARCH Nig. ships products using, T-Logistics, FedEx, ABC Logistics, UPS Ground Service and NIpost. All applicable fees and charges will be applied based upon weight and size of shipment. Shipping and handling is not included in product prices displayed, but is added at the time of check out to your final invoice. IzCAX & CoVARCH Nig. only ships orders within the contiguous 36 states of Nigeria, Ghana, Lome, F.R-Niger. and Benin. Lead time may vary upon stock levels. Return Policy - (Online purchase)

  1. IzCAX & CoVARCH Nig. encourages you to read carefully all product descriptions to ensure that you are buying the right product that will satisfy your needs and requirements. Product Returns will only be accepted if the claim is made on or before 48 hours of shipping date.   1. (a). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), (thereof 15% charge will be deducted from initial amount you paid on the goods/services). 14 days (if outside Lagos/Owerri) and 2 days (within Lagos/Owerri) of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

(b). Items may also be returned to store for an exchange - terms and conditions applies.

 

(c). All Items - Please note, in the interests of warranty policies and customer satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns where the packaging is unsealed.

(d). All Goods - In the interests of warranty and insurance policies and customer’s satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns on goods for pierced, scratched, tampered and void body and packs.

 

 

Refunds

If a product is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately and return it within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a 100% refund and IzCAX & CoVARCH Nig. will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. The refund will be credited to your account details once the product is received in our facility. If you ordered the incorrect product/item and/or wish to return it for another reason please call 0808-421-2189 to verify if it is a returnable item. If the item is returnable, you will be responsible of the freight charges to return it. Returns are contingent upon product inspection once we receive it.
